FunCakes Marzipan Soft Pink - 250g

Wonderfully smooth and flexible marzipan in roll quality made from almond sugar mass. This makes the marzipan easy to process and roll out. The marzipan has a fine texture and is firm after rolling out.

To completely cover a round cake with a diameter of 24-26 cm or a square cake with a diameter of 20 cm, you need about 500 g of marzipan. Before use, knead the marzipan well and then roll out on a thin layer of icing sugar or baker's starch.

By adding white dye for a beautiful bright white marzipan, the structure of the white marzipan is slightly less fine.

Ingredients: sugar, almonds (20%), invert sugar syrup, stabilizer: E420, thickener: E466, invertase, acidifier: E330, natural almond flavoring, colorant: E171. For allergens see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of soya and egg. This product is Halal certified.
