FunCakes - Marzipan Sunset Orange - 250g

The delicious marzipan in roll quality from FunCakes is wonderfully smooth and flexible! This makes the marzipan easy to process and roll out. The marzipan has a fine texture and is firm after rolling out. If you want to make the colour lighter, you can mix the coloured marzipan with some natural marzipan. It is also possible to mix the colours together.

For one cake (Ø24-26 cm / 20x20 cm) you need about 500 g to cover the cake completely.

Knead the fondant well before use and then roll out on a thin layer of icing sugar.
