FunCakes Mix for Biscuit Deluxe 500g

With the FunCakes Mix for Sponge Cake you can bake a delicious and airy sponge cake dough in no time at all. The mix is the perfect base for various types of cake. 

Preparation: Quantities and baking times can be found in the table or on www.funcakes.de. Preheat oven to 175°C (fan oven 160°C). Process all ingredients at room temperature. Mix, add eggs and water in a Schu¨ssel Whip the dough at highest setting for 7-8 minutes, then another 2-3 minutes at low setting. Grease the baking tin and bake fu¨llen (1/2 to 2/3 gefu¨llt) and the sponge cake in the oven until golden brown. Do not open the oven in between! The sponge cake is ready when it becomes elastic anfu¨hlt. Remove the sponge cake base from the baking tin immediately after baking and leave it on a grid ausku¨hlen.

Ingredients: Sugar, wheat flour, wheat starch, emulsifier: E472b (palm, rape), E477 (palm), raising agents: E500, E341, E450, E336, E575, glucose syrup (dried), skimmed milk powder, salt, flavouring, thickener: E415.
