Jelly Diamonds - Pink

Edible diamonds transform a simple cake into a sparkling centrepiece. The jelly diamonds are also great for decorating winter themes or anywhere a crystal or jewel effect is needed.

Usage:

If possible, do not touch the diamonds directly with your hands.

It is advisable to use tweezers when placing the diamonds on cakes, biscuits and other foods.

Place diamonds on the cake just before presentation.

If you freeze the diamonds in the freezer before use, they will be easier to remove from the pack afterwards.

Dimensions: approx. 10 mm

Storage information: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and temperatures above 50°C.
